This scholarly journal is showing readers research that art in fact impacts student’s academic achievement. This is putting actual information across that shows legitimate statements regarding students achieving while expanding their inspiration and creativity which will help me understand and present to the class.
In summary, this scholarly journal explained that students achieve better within their academics if they have arts within the school system. Art allows children to have their minds expand to think more creatively. Children's minds will be able to focus more if there are arts within the school system. Children become less stressed, so school work becomes a fun activity rather than an activity they rather not do.

This research report puts across the significance of all arts in elementary schools. The researchers found it extremely important for students to not only express their creativity through actual art, but also dance, music, etc. They believe without these activities available at all schools children won’t be able to grow and expand their education. This will help me have a better understanding, and I will take many points of this research report to discuss with the class. In summary, this research report shows that there are different forms of art that allow children to participate in. No matter which kind of art children are involved in, it's known they will do better academically. The researchers truly believe that without these forms of education children will not succeed as well. Art allows children to grow, not only as students, but as individuals.

This editorial is going to inform me on their point of view regarding how art IS education. ACOE is expressing the importance of art on education, and strongly believe when students convey creativity it increases their ability to achieve better in their academics. They believe art helps students grow as individuals, not only students. I will use this editorial to relate their thoughts to the video that will be shown in our presentation.
In summary, this editorial explains art is the fundamental part of education. Art can be taught within any subject using paint, brushes, clay etc. Whether it be math, english, science or history art can help teach children without actual lessons. There are different ways to teach children, involving art, that allows to want to go to school and learn. The students become eager and excited to learn and want to be involved with their academics.
This scholarly journal advocates art in schools also. It explains Obama’s thoughts on arts influencing achievement. They believe that the US has a strong background with creativity and arts, and children need to have arts in school to have their mind expand and become educated in different ways. This journal will also help me understand how art impacts education, and allow me to take key points into my presentation.

Through out all history art has impacted student's levels of achievement and made them strive more with having a creative state of mind. Also within this journal, it's stated that cultural diversity is influenced through out children expressing their artistic abilities and creativity.

This analysis article expresses the value of arts in education. It touches upon NCLB act, and focuses on how creativity expresses original thought. With original thought, comes more achievement in academics. Students will do better with less stress involved in school- and art helps students reduce stress. I will use this article to configure why stress is decreased with using art in the school system.
In summary, this article touches upon original thought. Children, in this day in age, sometimes lose sight of original thought through out trying to fit in or being too in touch with technology. Art allows children to continue to stay creative as our world is becoming so technologically savvy. Also it focuses on stress, and how art can manage stress for children. Without art students would not have so much expressive thought.
